How to order spare parts
To order spare parts, please fill in the form below.
Once we receive your details, we’ll check whether we have the spare parts you need. If so, we’ll send you a link that you can use to order the spare parts online and have them delivered promptly.
We don't stock spare parts for all Sebra products. If you can't find the product you need spare parts for in the form, unfortunately, we can't help you.
Before filling in the form
If you need spare parts for furniture, we will need the furniture's batch number in order to help you. The batch number contains 7-9 digits and is printed on the furniture. See an example here.
Our spare parts always have a name, number or letter listed in the assembly instructions. If you use the right name, batch number and tell us how many parts you need when you contact us, you can be certain we’ll send you exactly what you need. If you have lost the assembly instructions, you can find them in the shop under the product - see Specifications. If the product has been discontinued from our

Note that we took over the design rights for the Kili Bed/Juno Bed in 2016. This means we do not have spare parts for beds made before 2016.

Do you need spare parts in a country outside the EU?
Unfortunately, we cannot send spare parts to you directly if you live in a country outside the EU. Instead, you can contact the retailer where you purchased your Sebra product and ask the retailer to order the spare parts.
