Did you know...?
… that newborns typically sleep between 14 and 17 hours a day?
… that sleep plays an important role in your child’s wellbeing and development?
… that sleep is when your child processes the many new impressions of the day?
Sleep takes up a large part of your baby’s early life — which is why the bed becomes more than just a place to sleep. It becomes a safe and familiar base, where your child can find calm again and again, and where everyday life slowly takes shape.
That’s why choosing the right bed is so important. This is where the first routines are formed — and where the first dreams begin.
Choices that feel right
Some decisions feel more important than others. Choosing a bed for your child is one of them.
This is where your baby will find calm, sleep safely, and slowly settle into the world. A place you return to every day — and every night.
That’s why many choose the Sebra Bed. Not only for its design, but because it works in everyday life. It can be adjusted as your needs change, and it is made to follow your child through the early years.
You’re not just choosing a bed.
You’re choosing calm. Safety. And a beginning you can trust.
There’s comfort in choosing something that others have trusted before — and that you know will work in everyday life.

When the dream becomes reality
When two lines appear on a pregnancy test, a new chapter begins. Your thoughts turn to everything that lies ahead: the small moments you have yet to experience and the surroundings you want to create for a little person who will soon become an important part of your family.
At the same time, the decisions begin. How will you prepare your home for your baby? What do you really need? And which choices matter most from the very beginning? For many, the desire to “do the right thing” takes centre stage — and that’s why the experiences of others often become a valuable guide through it all.
You listen to friends and family, read along with other parents, and notice the solutions that keep appearing. There’s a sense of calm in choosing something that others have already had good experiences with — especially when it comes to the choices that shape your baby’s first months.

An investment that makes sense
The Sebra Bed is designed to follow your child for many years. Its timeless design does not go out of style, and the bed can be passed down to siblings or resold when no longer in use.
With the Sebra Bed, you choose a bed that lasts — again and again.

Safety built into the design
Safety is not only about testing — it’s also about thoughtful design. For example, the slanted edge between the bars makes it more difficult for children to climb, helping to reduce the risk of falls.
The paint is also developed with small children in mind, who naturally touch, taste, and explore their surroundings.

From newborn to 6-7 years
From the very first movements to the big adventures of childhood. The Sebra Bed can be extended as your child grows and can be used up to the age of 6–7 years — without the need for additional junior kits.
This makes it a practical solution and gives your child a safe and familiar base through some of their most important years.

An iconic design from 1942
The Sebra Bed was originally designed by architect Viggo Einfeldt and was first introduced in 1942 as the Juno bed.
Since then, it has been sold in hundreds of thousands of homes and remains a beloved classic for families around the world.
Why choose the Sebra Bed?
As your bump grows and a new little life is on the way, choosing a bed for your baby becomes one of the most important decisions. It should feel safe, be practical, and fit into your home for years to come. The Sebra Bed is an iconic piece of Danish design, created for everyday life with young children.
